We leave everyday life for a while, to spend time together and learn more about our health and energy.

From Saturday at 10.00 on 3 September to Sunday 4 September at 16.00 we enjoy the beautiful nature and environment at Liste Gård in Norrlanda. See www.listegard.se

During the weekend, at our lectures you will learn more about how you can take care of yourself. We talk health for mind, body and soul - when everything is connected. We become acquainted with epigenetics, frequency medicine and the power of thoughts and emotions. We connect it with Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

You get to try soft movement and mindfulness exercises, and individual energy balancing and healing treatments.

It is possible to relax in the pool or enjoy the beautiful nature that surrounds List Farm. In the evening we grill and light candles and cuddle in the beautiful Orangery.

Accommodation in double room incl. all meals, coffee and fruit from Saturday to Sunday are included in the price. We eat vegetarian food, lactose and gluten free. If you want a single room, a fee of SEK 200 will be added.
